Handmade in the Dominican Republic, this mild to medium Robusto features an Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper over aged Dominican binder and long filler tobaccos.
The silky, golden brown Connecticut Shade wrapper sets a smooth foundation of cream, cedar and natural sweetness. Aged Dominican tobaccos supply toasted almond, light oakwood and subtle leather, while a measured white pepper note keeps the profile lively. The broader ring gauge develops the blend’s nutty and creamy qualities without sacrificing the balanced, composed character associated with Davidoff Grand Cru.
The cigar opens with cream, hay, cedar and gentle white pepper. Toasted almond, hazelnut, graham cracker and a light cocoa note emerge through the middle, followed by soft oakwood and sweet spice on the finish.
